You can choose from the Pinkmans lunch box option or bring your own food (self-catered). We’ll provide a table to seat 15 children, with some spare seating around the room if needed. Q: When can we access the party room?

The party room will be available 10 minutes before the party starts for dropping off food and party bags. Please note that entry before this time is not permitted,

Parents are welcome to wait in the café downstairs or outside the building to greet guests. The party host will collect the party child at the downstairs internal door when the party begins.

No, we kindly ask that no guests go upstairs before the party starts.

Please advise guests to arrive promptly so the party can begin at the designated time.

Yes, parents are responsible for bringing all necessary items for food, including plates, cups, cutlery, drinks, and jugs, if required.

Parents are welcome to stay for younger children’s parties (ages 2–6), but due to space limitations, we can only accommodate up to 5 adults in the party room. Additional adults are welcome to relax in Pinkmans café downstairs. For parties for children aged 7 and up, only 2 adults are allowed to stay in the party room.

Yes, toilets and a baby-changing station are available upstairs.
Hot drinks can be brought upstairs but must be left outside the party room in the corridor for health and safety reasons.

Yes, aprons are available for any messy activities.

Sometimes we include water play in the activities, so bringing a change of clothes is recommended depending on the children’s ages.

To help us tailor the party and make it magical, please share as much information as possible, such as the child’s name, age, gender, sibling ages, favorite activities/interests, any SEN considerations, and whether babies or older siblings will be attending. If you have specific song requests for the party playlist, let us know as well!
