Minibeasts and Earth Day!
We started the term celebrating Earth Day, with some amazing junk modelling creations made collaboratively in small groups.
We thought about the unpredictable April weather and created mini umbrellas and colourful rainmakers which we used to sing about April showers!
Later in the term, spotty ladybirds and foil roses were made; World Bee Day was celebrated with a range of bee crafts and hive stencils, and colourful Maybugs were moulded and decorated. Join us next term for summer-related crafts, including summer flowers, lizards, rock pools, crabs, boats and kites!
Georgie loves developing a variety of creative sessions each week inspired by nature. It’s been great welcoming back regulars and meeting new children and their adults!
