Get ready for a bright and imaginative summer holiday art club where children will design and build their very own cactus creations using recycled materials. Inspired by colourful, patterned plants, children will use cardboard construction, cutting, layering and glue guns with guidance to bring their unique cactus sculptures to life. They’ll explore shape, structure and bold decorative patterns, adding playful details to make each piece truly one of a kind. To complete their creations, children will paint and personalise their own terracotta plant pots using vibrant colours. This eco-friendly project encourages creativity, problem-solving and hands-on making in a fun, supportive environment, resulting in a striking piece of art to take home and display.
