Family Art Workshops – Giant Bugs

Create your own colourful bugs, stick, draw and fold! Bumblebees, Dung beetles, Stag beetles, Ladybirds, there will be lots of inspiration to help you design your mini beast. Add wings, pipe cleaner antenna, legs and decorate! We’ll provide pre bug bases, coloured paper, paint sticks, ribbon and vinyl to inspire your creative session together.

Our Family Art Workshops will always be held on either a Saturday or Sunday morning, keep an eye on our website under Family Art Workshops for all upcoming dates.

All ages are welcome. Pre-booking is essential, we look forward to you popping in and get creative!

Enjoy a FREE HOT DRINK in our cafe before or after your session. Please purchase one ticket for each person attending – one ticket per adult and one ticket per child. If you have a child who is under 2 (i.e. 23 months or below) they do not need a ticket.

We’ll provide everything you need to create from the Scrapstore, a reuse charity dedicated to helping businesses divert reusable waste from landfills so that establishments like ours and many others can provide art and play opportunities.
