May Day Family Art Workshop!

This May, we’re delighted to be celebrating May Day, a joyful moment in the calendar when flowers are in full bloom and the sunshine (hopefully!) begins to make a more regular appearance. Join us for a creative session where you’ll design and craft your very own paper flower crown. Using layered flower cut-outs, delicate butterflies, fresh spring colours, and decorative buds, you’ll build a crown that’s as unique as you are. Our friendly team will guide you through each step, making this workshop perfect for all ages and abilities, whether you’re a confident crafter or simply curious to try something new. By the end, you’ll head home with a beautifully handcrafted flower crown to wear proudly as you welcome the vibrant month of May.

As always, our workshops are designed for all ages—from curious toddlers to creative grown-ups. Little ones can enjoy May Day themed tuff trays filled with sensory play and seasonal fun. Come along and get creative with a relaxed, hands-on session full of colour, laughter, and family connection.

All ages are welcome. Pre-booking is essential, we look forward to you popping in and get creative!

Enjoy a FREE DRINK at Pinkmans cafe before or after your session with any food item purchased. One ticket per person. Children under 1 are welcome to join you for free.

We’ll provide everything you need to create from the Scrapstore, a reuse charity dedicated to helping businesses divert reusable waste from landfills so that establishments like ours and many others can provide art and play opportunities.
