A workout for you with baby, enjoy a blend of low impact exercises, yoga and pilates.

A fun and sociable baby exercise class, it’s a workout for you with baby and not just for mums, if you are dad, carer, grandparent or auntie, why not come along and enjoy this class. Suitable for babies aged 4 months to 1 year.

Energetic, sociable baby exercise sessions delivering a workout for you and baby

A mixture of barre, Pilates, low impact exercises and yoga, this is a great exercise class to do with baby.

We’d recommend you join once baby is at least 4 months old. If you’d like to start earlier you are of course welcome to speak to us as everyone’s journey is different!

You are welcome to feed baby (milk or formula only) during the baby exercise sessions and comfort your baby if they are upset.

Classes are relaxed and friendly, so you never need to worry about disrupting the session.

Class details

Level: Beginner

What’s provided: Mats and apparatus (supports, blocks and bands).

What to wear: Comfortable clothes that allow you to move and stretch.

Dates and times (Coming soon): Wednesdays 12:30pm-1:30pm, term-time only. We are closed on Bank holidays and school holidays.
