Yoga for mothers with babies age 0 – crawling

Postnatal mum and baby yoga sessions are a wonderful way to recover from pregnancy and birth whilst bonding with your baby. This class is best suited to mums with babies who aren’t yet crawling.

Relaxing, sociable postnatal mum and baby yoga sessions that help you recover from pregnancy and birth, whilst bonding with your baby. 

Enjoy some simple and relaxing yoga poses and flows, sometimes holding baby, sometimes engaging with them whilst they are on their favourite blanket. The sessions work on building your strength, helping you feel confident in carrying your baby day to day.

You are welcome to feed your baby (milk or formula only) during the mum and baby yoga sessions and comfort your baby if they are upset. Classes are relaxed and friendly, so you never need to worry about disrupting the session. Pop to our café for a coffee and a chat with fellow parents after your class.

Class details

Level: Beginner

What’s provided: Yoga mats and yoga apparatus (yoga supports, blocks and bands).

What to wear: Comfortable clothes that allow you to move and stretch.

Dates and times: Tuesdays & Fridays 12:30pm-1:30pm, term-time only. We are closed on Bank holidays and school holidays. 

All mums will need to fill out a PAR-Q before joining the class to highlight any issues.
