Pregnanacy yoga can help with a calm and relaxed pregnancy and postitive birthing exerpience. Take time to breath, strengthen and relax in our studio built to passive house standards to ensure an optimum environment for wellbeing, with clean air and comfortable room temperatures all year round.

A space for you to breathe and flow whilst nurturing your growing baby. Relax and move through gentle postures and breathwork followed by calming relaxation.

Work on building muscle endurance and flexibility needed for childbirth.

Pregnancy yoga can also help improve sleep, alleviate lower back pain, and reduce stress and anxiety.

Class details

Level: Beginner

What’s provided: Yoga mats and yoga apparatus (yoga supports, blocks and bands).

What to wear: Comfortable clothes that allow you to move and stretch.

Dates and times: Mondays, 12:30pm-1:30pm, term-time only. We are closed on Bank holidays and school holidays.
