Goldfinch offers Energising Vinyasa, held Monday & Friday mornings and Wednesday evenings. We will soon be including our new class, Power Vinyasa every Monday eve (starting 22nd April). And why not end your week with a Sunday evening Yin Yoga session at 7pm.

1. energising VINYASA yoga

Early morning & evening

Dates and times: Mondays and Fridays 7am, Wednesday evening at 7 30pm

Price: £12 per class (pre-booking required) or save money with a 6 session yoga pass* for £60 (valid for 6 sessions over a 3 month period from the date of your first class)

All levels welcome, we will start slow with gentle stretches to wake you up, before building heat in the body to energise you for the day ahead. All classes will finish with a relaxing savasana (resting pose) to give your mind a pause before the busyness of your day ahead.

2. POWER VINYASA (first class 22nd April)

Monday Evenings

Dates and times:  Mondays 7 30pm

Price: £12 per class (pre-booking required) or save money with a 6 session yoga pass* for £60 (valid for 6 sessions over a 3 month period from the date of your first class)

This is a stronger style class for those who like to feel challenged in both their body and mind. Expect dynamic Vinyasa movement punctuated by strong, meditative holds and prepare to get a little sweaty. First class starts on Monday  22nd April.

Pilates-Goldfinch

Thursday evenings

Dates and times:  Thursday evening at 7 15pm

Price: £12 per class (pre-booking required) . Pilates will be available to book with your class pass from June. Currently booked as a 6 week course.

A physio-led energising yet gentle class aimed at those new to Pilates and those looking for a calm focus on functional strength, balance and control in a welcoming space. Small classes to allow for a more individual approach. Lucy is passionate to help all experience the positive benefits of Pilates. The classes are suitable for mixed ability.

4. Yin Yoga

Sunday night sessions

Dates and times: Every Sunday at 7pm

Price: £12 per class (pre-booking required) or save money with a 6 session yoga pass* for £60 (valid for 6 sessions over a 3 month period from the date of your first class)

This class is an opportunity to slow down and have some quality rest. Wind down your weekend with our Sunday night sessions at 7pm. Yin yoga is your path to deep relaxation, targeting connective tissues and releasing tension in the body. Emerge feeling refreshed and rejuvenated for the week ahead.

Class details

Level: Beginner

What’s provided: Yoga mats and yoga apparatus (yoga supports and blocks).

What to wear: Comfortable clothes that allow you to move and stretch.

Six Session Yoga Pass: The 6 session yoga passes can be used for any combination of Energising Vinyasa and Yin Yoga sessions. They cost £60 –  saving you £12 when compared with booking 6 one-off sessions.
